Job Description

Location: Head Office

Department: Operations

Reports to:  Operations Director

Position: Administrative Assistant

Summary and Purpose of Role:

To provide administration support to Operations Director

Areas of Responsibility Include:


 Reporting to Operations Director
 Work directly with operations management team
 Works with other head office functions

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Prepare daily and weekly reports on store performance
 Manage correspondence ensuring deadlines are met
 Organization of meetings including minutes preparation
 Control appointments diary
 Researches, analyzes and prepares various reports, analysis and studies as directed by Operations Director
 Act as translator as required
 Accompany on store visits as required

Position Qualification Knowledge

 Degree holder ( business related desirable)
 Microsoft Office advanced level
 Fluent English is required( written and spoken)


 Planning and Organization
 Attention to detail


 Good team player
 Highly self-motivated
 Calm, professional attitude and approach work
 Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work  unsupervised
